What “factory-direct” actually means for you
Aster designs, fabricates and installs from our own factory in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan — Lot 238, Batu 7, Jalan Labu. In practice, that means one team is accountable for the job from first conversation to the day it's installed, and there's no separate subcontracted fabricator in between design and delivery.
The three-step process
01 — Contact us. You reach out (WhatsApp is the fastest way) and our team walks you through an initial consultation — what you're building, roughly what space you're working with, and what you have in mind for material and style.
02 — Design work. We customise the build so it fits your actual space and vision. This is where layout, material, door style and hardware get finalised against your specific room, not a generic template.
03 — Installation. Our own team installs on-site — not a subcontracted crew — so the people who understand how the piece was built are the ones fitting it into your home.

Preparing for install day
- Clear the space of existing furniture, old cabinetry, or anything the installers will need to work around.
- Confirm access — parking, lift booking if applicable, and any building management notifications needed.

- Set aside the full install day where possible — rushing the fit is where most on-site issues happen.
